This one couldn’t be easier or more delicious. It was one we had at a great restaurant in Santa Monica, CA and wrote it down immediately. It is actually a great dish to set out with other cheese platters and fresh bread and crackers.
Pull about 1/2 bunch of red grapes off their stems and toss with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Place on a baking try covered in aluminum foil and put into a pre-heated 375 degree oven. Bake for about 10-15 mins, tossing lightly every 5 mins, until the grape skins just begin to split.
Remove from the oven and baking tray and allow to cool.
Serve with some burrata – sliced or unsliced, your choice – crackers and/or fresh, crusty bread at room temperature.
